Yes2bfit - fitness classes
It can be quite daunting attending a new class for the first time, not knowing what to expect and becoming part of a new team but, we aim to make this a relaxed environment where you can reach your goals in an enjoyable way. These sessions are like no other in the way that it is very much tailored to you but with the enjoyment of training with other people.
Here at Yes2Bfit we have 3 main aims;
Firstly, we want to personalize your sessions as much as possible. Everybody is different which means everybody needs to train slightly differently. There are many different reasons for starting a fitness journey and we will endeavor to adjust the training and nutrition advice to suit you. Let us know what your goals are and we will help you achieve them.
Secondly, we want to cover all aspects of fitness. We’ll be working on the usual cardio-vascular and strength training but, just as importantly, we will be covering flexibility, balance, coordination, agility and many more areas, which are often passed over when we think about training and being healthy.
And last, but by no means least, we will be looking into your nutrition. We will be taking time to educate you on the importance of a good balanced diet, the correct food portion sizes you should be consuming, how your diet can impact every area of your well being and help you to overcome any barriers you are having with your diet. Yes2bfit online Classes
Starting to go a little stir-crazy in self-isolation? Just because you’re stuck indoors or can’t get to the gym in time doesn’t mean you can’t do some of the things you normally would – like working out. we offering online classes as part of the Yes2bfit membership.
Here’s our selection of the best online sessions available right now, from Yoga, HIIT and Core. All classes are done on the zoom app so your teacher can see you and give you points if your technique needs adjusting or you need that extra push.
