The following, will constitute the full agreement between the Client, named above and We Train You Gain. Subject to the Terms and Conditions below, the named Personal Trainer (PT) will act as a Personal Trainer in the development of an exercise programme during the agreed block of individual sessions (the Service). This agreement will apply to all bookings of the Service with the named PT made by the Client.


Programme expectations

The trainer will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account the personal goals, fitness levels and exercise likes and dislikes.

The trainer will provide the coaching, supervision advice and support that the client may need to help them achieve their goals. The client’s progress will be regularly monitored and the programme revised and adjusted accordingly.

The trainer will provide all necessary equipment and will organise appropriate venues for all training sessions.

All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential. If the trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, the client must provide such details.

It is understood between client and trainer that both will commit to the programme and give 100% effort.

The client is required to arrive 5 minutes prior to a training session so that a full session can be achieved on each visit.

The client is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Clothes should be loose fitting and non-restrictive.  Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support.

It is important that you fully understand that the advice given by us regarding allergies is followed at your own risk and responsibility. Although we will recommend the use of Plans in line with your allergies or intolerances, this does not constitute medical advice and you must ensure that both you and your GP or physician is comfortable with all the ingredients

Once your chosen Plan begins, you will be in complete control of the results. In order to achieve success with this program you need to stick to it 100%: this includes meal portions, meal timings, training, alcohol consumption and eating out.

Timing. The timing of the plans are predetermined. If you decide to stop or pause the Plan at any time, this is on your own terms and we will not be responsible for providing any additional or extra guidance after the official end date of the eight weeks specified.


Fee Charging Policy

In consideration of the Service, all sessions will be paid according to the session rates charged at the time of booking. Payment for single sessions will be paid for at the end of the session. Payment for block bookings will be paid for in advance, with each individual session being booked on a week by week basis.

All purchased sessions must be completed within 16 weeks of purchase or they will be forfeited.

The Client understands that It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the dates and times booked are correct. To cancel a booked session, the Client must notify the PT either in person or by phone, text or email.

All monies paid are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

The Client may be charged for sessions missed as follows:

By Client on more than 24hours notice – no charge/loss of session.

By Client on less than 24hours notice, Client able to rearrange and complete session in the same week – no charge/loss of session.

By Client on less than 12 hours’ notice—session charged in full (discretion applied for illness)

In the event of cancellation by the PT, the PT is responsible for notifying the Client of any such cancellation / amended time. There will be no charge/loss of session.


Refund Policy

If the Client is unable to continue the block of sessions for medical reasons, a refund may be available for unused sessions.

There will be a 2 session cancellation fee on any refunds, due to medical reasons.

If the client decides to cease training with We Train You Gain, there will be no refunds given for unused sessions.

All Online programmes will not be refunded unless it is within the 14 days cooling off period


Declaration of Understanding

The Client, fully understand and agree to abide by the above rules and regulations.

Before embarking on an exercise programme I have completed the We Train You Gain Consultation process.

I also understand that I should inform my PT of any medical conditions that may not have been covered in the consultation and that I may be advised to visit my doctor prior to commencing the sessions.

I understand that while my Trainer will review any disclosed medical limitations, my Trainer is not a physician and cannot replace the advice and expertise of a physician.

I acknowledge that I have either had a physical ex-amination and have been given my doctors permission to participate, or that I have decided to participate in the activity and/or use the equipment and machinery without the approval of my doctor and do hereby assume all responsibility for my participation and activities.

I release We Train You Gain the PT from any liability for personal injury or other damage I may sustain whilst engaging in any exercise programme suggested by the Personal Trainer.

I acknowledge receipt of this agreement and confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

In consideration of my being able to participate in the a Personal Training Program, I understand that I must purchase a package consisting of online nutrition and exercise guides or in-person training session(s) and must read and agree to where I assume the risks for participation, waive of liability, and personal training policies and procedures.

I understand that the program is voluntary and that my Personal Trainer will develop and guide me through my nutrition and/or exercise program(s). I understand that the online nutrition and exercise guides are designed for those individuals who do not have certain medical limitations regarding diet/exercise. If applicable, I will accurately and completely disclosure of any prescribed medications I am taking and any exercise or diet limitations I am aware of or have been informed of by my doctor, so that my Trainer can develop a modified plan for my personal medial considerations. During the program if my medications, condition, or medical limitations should change, I will notify the Trainer. I understand that it is recommended that I have a yearly physical or more frequent physical examination and consultation with my physician as to physical activity and diet, so I am aware of what is appropriate for me. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical exam and have been given my physician’s permission to participate or I have decided to participate without approval of my physician.
