The importance of Exercise on Diabetes?

What is Diabetes?  Diabetes is the level of glucose (sugar) in the blood is controlled by a hormone called insulin, which is made by the pancreas which lies just behind the stomach. the purpose of insulin is to help glucose to enter the body cells. Glucose is then used as fuel for everyday physical activity.
