Many world and national organisations promote healthier workplaces including WHO [World Health Organisation], IOSH [Institution of Occupational Safety and Health], HSE [Health and Safety Executive], The Faculty of Public Health and local and national governments.

The workforce health checks.

The health check team includes an Autonomous Practitioner and a Wellness Rehabilitation instructor and Nutrition Advisor

Between them they have over 15 year’s experience in the health and wellness industry.

In the health check the team will be looking at many ways to help your employees for fitness self-motivation and where necessary point them to the relevant services outside.

The health check will be looking at such measures as:

  • Height /Weight
  • Blood Glucose level
  • Blood pressure
  • Cholesterol
  • Oxygen saturation
  • Peek Flow
  • Stress Score [the SAD 9] this is a mental health measure.

We can also offer special advice, for example if an employee has had a cardiac event we will be able to help get them ‘back to work’. We will be able to supply you with information on the range of capabilities of the employee. And our rehabilitation instructor can help motivate them and start them on their specific fitness program.

We charge per person and rates will change dependant on numbers applied for.
